Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for products that have been delivered as ordered.
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@phuqs.com with your order number and photos of the item received. Once verified, we will promptly send the correct product at no additional cost.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Change of mind
- Refused deliveries
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
